The Inaugural Convention on South-South and Triangular Cooperation is co-organized by Rwanda Cooperation Initiative (RCI) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Rwanda under the theme: “Strengthening Collaboration and Institutional Frameworks for Effective Implementation.”

The convention positions Rwanda as a catalyst for advancing South-South and Triangular Cooperation at both continental and global levels by addressing pressing challenges, including resource mobilization mechanisms, knowledge-sharing and technical assistance, expanded platforms for policy dialogue and capacity building, and the fostering of inclusive partnerships.
